You're not alone
You're not alone but you feel so because you haven't built the relationships. Start doing that. The relationship which you build the most will be the strongest and it will determine where you're going at. Be wise with whom you build relationships with. If you're stuck in a bad relationship, start building relationships with other people and let them become stronger. We often go under not because we are alone, not because people don't try to contact us and communicate but because we don't build relationships with them in order to create good bounds between us and people who can help us for real.

Jag älskar att den här fågeln stod precis över en text som någon hade ristat in på sidan av stenfästningen, det löd så här "trust me, I've been down". Sorligt nog fick jag inte bild på det för då hade han flyttat på sig.
